Article 01 – TICKET PRICES AND PAYMENT

01.1 – The prices of show tickets are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, including rental costs excluding processing and shipping costs, these may vary depending on the operator (Tourist Office, TicketNet, France Billet / FNAC, BilletRéduc, etc.).
01.2 – All orders regardless of their origin are only payable in Euro. A show ticket cannot be refunded even in the event of loss or theft, nor taken back, nor exchanged, except in the event of the cancellation of a show and the impossibility of rescheduling to another date. A ticket may also not be resold at a price higher than that of its face value. (Law of June 27, 1919)
01.3 – The Jacques de Beaune association reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the orders.

Article 02 – REAL-TIME TICKETING

02.1- Availability: All reservations are made in real time on ticketing servers with a choice of seats from those available. In this context, these servers provide real-time information on the availability of tickets when orders are placed.
02.2- Reservation in progress: When making reservations, the “Reservation in progress” or “Your Reservation” page is an order summary page that allows you to check that the seats allocated correspond to the request.
If these places are not suitable, it is possible in the “Your reservation” or “My basket” page to cancel them by clicking on the “Cancel” button. Please note this page only corresponds to an order in progress. As long as these places are not paid for, the order is not final and does not constitute proof of firm reservation.

Article 03 – TERMS OF PAYMENT

Depending on the operator and the time between the date on which the reservation is made and the date on which the event takes place, there is the choice or not between several payment methods.

These payment methods can be:

– Bank card from the CARTE BLEUE / VISA and EUROCARD / MASTERCARD networks
Allows tickets to be reserved immediately in a firm and definitive manner.

– Bank check

Apart from box office sales (show ticket office, Tourist Office or shopping mall ticket office)
payment by check is equivalent to taking an option. In this case, the check must reach the operator within one week.
so that he can definitively validate the order. In order to ensure that places are maintained,
the check must be sent as soon as the order is placed. For faster and safer treatment,
specify on the back of the cheque, the name, the order number and the name of the show with the performance date.
The operator will indicate at the time of the order the address to which it must be sent.

Please note: the tickets will only be sent to you after receipt of the advice of cashing the check.

If the time between the date of reservation and the date of the event is less than 14 days,
it is not sufficient to be able to ensure payment by check. Therefore, apart from box office sales, less than 14 days,
only payment by credit card is offered.

Article 04 – SECURITY OF PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA

04.1- Securing payments:
Online ticketing sites are secured by the SSL protocol, which systematically checks the validity of access rights when paying by credit card and encrypts all exchanges in order to guarantee confidentiality.
04.2- Personal data:
The personal data provided allows the transaction to be carried out. In addition, this data, once recorded, makes it possible to carry out future transactions more quickly following the creation of an account. They also make it possible to ship tickets, and possibly to contact spectators, as far as possible, in the event of cancellation.
04.2 bis- Request for Identity
As part of the fight against fraud for payments by credit card, Visa and MasterCard, banks may be required at the time of payment to verify identities. This process being specific to each bank, the buyer must check with his bank the authentication process used.
Some operators may ask by email or telephone for additional information on the identity of the buyer and the identity of the holder of the credit card used for payment, depending on the amount of the order and the existence of the buyer’s address.
The buyer has at any time a right of access and rectification of the data concerning him (art. 34 of the law “Informatique et Liberté” of January 6, 1978). Check with the operator.

Article 05 – VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER

At the time of validation of the order, the buyer declares to accept it as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded is authentic and constitutes proof of all past transactions.

Article 06 – OBTAINING TICKETS

The method of obtaining tickets depending on the operator is linked to the method of payment that is chosen and the time between the date of the reservation and the date of the event.

Depending on the date of reservation in relation to the date of the event, tickets can be delivered by the following different means:

By mail: Postage and file costs will be applied (Ask the operator)
By Withdrawal in store: Only for France Billet / FNAC and TicketNet (the list of these stores is available on the respective websites)
When ordering, the in-store withdrawal method may be offered, and in some cases may be the only withdrawal method offered. The buyer may, at the end of the order, go to one of the collection points mentioned on the seller’s site, with the reservation number, an identity document and the bank card used to pay for the order. Payment by E-card is not accepted in the case of a store withdrawal. It will in no case be possible to withdraw the tickets at the place of the show.
E-TICKET * (ticket printing at home)
This method of withdrawal may generate an additional cost depending on the ticketing website
If this method of withdrawal is chosen, the buyer has the ticket available in secure PDF format including a barcode. Thanks to the e-ticket service, he thus has secure e-tickets at the end of the order. E-tickets can be printed at any time.

Article 07 – E-TICKET (printing tickets at home)

The purchase of an e-ticket is governed by all the general conditions of sale as well as by the specific conditions below:

Each coded ticket (e-ticket) is provided in the form of a PDF file with a bar code allowing access to the show for a single spectator.

In case of loss, theft or duplication of a valid ticket, only the first person holding the ticket will be able to access the event.

The buyer remains responsible for the use made of the e-tickets.

An identity document may be requested.

Conditions of printing and validity of the ticket:

It is up to the buyer, before choosing the E-Ticket option, to check that he has the appropriate equipment to print the PDF file that will be provided to him.

– This ticket is only valid if printed in black and white or color on white, blank A4 paper front and back, without modification of the print size in portrait (vertical) format with an inkjet printer or laser. No other medium (electronic, pc screen, portable screen, etc.) is accepted.

– Tickets must have good print quality. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets will not be accepted and will be considered invalid. In the event of poor print quality, the buyer must reprint the coded ticket again in order to have good print quality.

Use and validity of the ticket:

– This ticket is neither exchangeable nor refundable. It is personal and non-transferable. During checks at the entrance to the venue of the event, an official and valid identity document with photo may be requested to identify the purchaser of the tickets (passport, driving licence, identity card or stay).

– This coded ticket is only valid for the screening on the date and time specified. Otherwise, this ticket will not be valid.

– This title must be kept for the duration of the presence at the place of the show

– In the event of loss or theft, the Jacques de Beaune association declines all responsibility for the illicit use of this ticket.

Article 08 – WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT

08.1 In accordance with article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, show tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are firm and definitive.
08.2– In the event of cancellation of the show, the spectator will be offered a postponement to another date. If this is not possible, the refund request will be made by returning the tickets to the operator who sold them. Only the price of the ticket excluding costs will be refunded in favor of the initial purchaser against return of the ticket.

In any case, no costs of any kind whatsoever will be reimbursed or compensated.

Article 09 – ORDER FOLLOW-UP AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Orders are tracked by the distributors themselves.

In accordance with Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, Article L 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, each distributor operator is automatically responsible to the consumer for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from the contract. concluded remotely.

The Jacques de Beaune association sets the rules specific to the organization of its show and which are fully applicable to customers. These rules are available at the ticket office of the show and on its website www.scenofeerie.fr.

The sale of tickets referred to in these conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the event of disputes, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
When buying online, the seller’s general conditions of sale are brought to the attention of each buyer to enable him to place an order. Consequently, placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these general conditions of sale.

Rules of procedure

The ticket must be able to be presented during any security check on the site.

During any security checks at the entrance to the place, an official identity document, with photograph and valid may be required (National Identity Card, passport, driving license or residence permit).

The acquisition of a ticket or e-ticket entails adherence to the rules of procedure. Anyone who does not comply with these rules of procedure may be refused entry to the site or be expelled without being able to claim a refund of their ticket. The price shown on the ticket is the total price paid by the spectator. This ticket cannot be taken back or exchanged, even in the event of loss or theft. No duplicates will be issued. The ticket may not be resold at a price higher than the face value of the ticket under the law of June 27, 1919. In all cases (cancellation or postponement), no costs of any kind whatsoever will be refunded or compensated. . If the show must be interrupted beyond half of its minimum duration, the ticket will not be exchanged or refunded.

It is recommended to take your place at least 30 minutes before the start of the show.

Access to the site and/or to numbered seats is not guaranteed after the start time of the show and does not entitle you to any refund.

It is forbidden to film or record photography with or without flash.
No food or drink is allowed in the stands. Smoking is also prohibited.

Cell phones must be turned off.

For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to introduce into the site: weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances, bottles, containers, sharp or blunt objects and in general any object likely to serve as a projectile, any dangerous object and any pyrotechnic article, signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature. The spectator may be required to undergo a security pat-down at the entrance.

Access may be refused to any person refusing to submit to this security measure.

Any offender engages his responsibility and exposes himself to prosecution.

Spectators are warned that in the event of a film being shot or the event being broadcast on television, their image may be included.

All exits are final, except in exceptional cases where a voucher will be issued.
