The show
The stage area is only 5 meters away from the stands. At the end of the show, the performers welcome you on the stage area to answer your questions and share their passion with you. After the show, take time to meet the artists while enjoying a hot or cold drink at the Scénoféerie bar.
Ticket office opening : 7:30 pm. The show starts at 10:30 pm. Show duration: 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Access
Car park access: from 7:30 p.m
Vehicles are taken on as soon as they enter in the village.
Parking without manoeuvre for coaches. Entry and exit via two different ways.
Private and free car park with parking assistance (car and coaches).
If the car park is full, it’s possible to park your car in the village at 500m.

Stairs lead to the show place. In case of difficulty, you can use the free shuttle between the car park and the stands.

For groups of 20 people and more, a seated catering is available under the big top on the show site. Adult’s menu at 26€ and children’s menu at 16€. Only by reservation at: groupes@scenofeerie.fr

Your comfort
Panoramic stands ensuring excellent visibility of the entire stage area (1254 seats). Individual shell seats with seating assistance. The stands are numbered, so you have a seat reserved specifically for you. Toilets are located near the stands (free of charge) with disabled access. Although summer evenings in Touraine are mild, we recommend that you dress warmly.

Reception and take on of disabled or reduced mobility spectators.
Please report at the car park reception. An electric vehicle provides a free shuttle service between the car park and the show site.

Cancellation policy
_In accordance with article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are firm and final. The date choice is final and cannot be postponed.
_ Our outdoor event may be cancelled in the event of bad weather or for safety reasons. In the event of uncertain weather conditions, the show will go ahead. A decision to cancel the show can only be taken at the last minute at 10.30pm, time the show is due to start. In all cases, you must go to the show. If a decision to cancel is taken before 10.30pm, a message will be left on our answering machine at +33247566677. In all circumstances, once the show has taken place, no refund or exchange can be made in accordance with our conditions of sale. In the event of cancellation, tickets may be rescheduled for a later date or refunded if rescheduling is not possible. If the show must be interrupted for more than half its minimum duration, the ticket will not be exchanged or refunded.
_ In all cases, no costs of any kind whatsoever will be reimbursed or compensated.

If you have purchased your tickets in advance, your seats in the stands are booked and we recommend that you arrive no later than 10:00 PM to allow time to park your vehicle, make your way to the site, and settle comfortably in the stands.

You can attend the show without prior reservation by presenting yourself directly at the ticket office cabin on the evening of the show, from 7:30 pm, subject to availability.

Accessibility

A large car park is provided and members of the organization are present to optimize parking.

No it isn't a long way,however there are some stairs. Nevertheless, for people with reduced mobility, it is possible to go down by using the electric vehicle that provides shuttle service. Please let us know about your situation as soon as you arrive at the car park.

The Scénoféerie takes place in the heart of the Domaine de la Source, of which the association of the same name is the owner. As it is a private establishment, it is not possible to park there overnight. We suggest that our motorhome owners park next to the show, on the Chemin des Ecoles, which allows them to walk to the show.

Yes, there are free toilets with disabled access not far from the car park and right next to the stands.

Yes, picnics are tolerated. There is no specific space for this, as the tables are reserved for the restaurant service.
