01.1 – The prices of show tickets are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, including rental costs excluding processing and shipping costs, these may vary depending on the operator (Tourist Office, TicketNet, France Billet / FNAC, BilletRéduc, etc.).
01.2 – All orders regardless of their origin are only payable in Euro. A show ticket cannot be refunded even in the event of loss or theft, nor taken back, nor exchanged, except in the event of the cancellation of a show and the impossibility of rescheduling to another date. A ticket may also not be resold at a price higher than that of its face value. (Law of June 27, 1919)

02.1- Availability: All reservations are made in real time on ticketing servers with a choice of seats from those available. In this context, these servers provide real-time information on the availability of tickets when orders are placed.
02.2- Reservation in progress: When making reservations, the “Reservation in progress” or “Your Reservation” page is an order summary page that allows you to check that the seats allocated correspond to the request.
If these places are not suitable, it is possible in the “Your reservation” or “My basket” page to cancel them by clicking on the “Cancel” button. Please note this page only corresponds to an order in progress. As long as these places are not paid for, the order is not final and does not constitute proof of firm reservation.

Depending on the operator and the time between the date on which the reservation is made and the date on which the event takes place, there is the choice or not between several payment methods.

These payment methods can be:

– Bank card from the CARTE BLEUE / VISA and EUROCARD / MASTERCARD networks
Allows tickets to be reserved immediately in a firm and definitive manner.

– Bank check

Apart from box office sales (show ticket office, Tourist Office or shopping mall ticket office)
payment by check is equivalent to taking an option. In this case, the check must reach the operator within one week.
so that he can definitively validate the order. In order to ensure that places are maintained,
the check must be sent as soon as the order is placed. For faster and safer treatment,
specify on the back of the cheque, the name, the order number and the name of the show with the performance date.
The operator will indicate at the time of the order the address to which it must be sent.

Please note: the tickets will only be sent to you after receipt of the advice of cashing the check.

If the time between the date of reservation and the date of the event is less than 14 days,
it is not sufficient to be able to ensure payment by check. Therefore, apart from box office sales, less than 14 days,
only payment by credit card is offered.

– Holiday Check (ANCV), Culture Check
Accepted only at the counter depending on the operator

– Species
Accepted only at the counter

Split payments can only be accepted at the counter

Some operators may ask by email or telephone for additional information on the identity of the buyer and the identity of the holder of the credit card used for payment, depending on the amount of the order and the existence of the buyer’s address.
The buyer has at any time a right of access and rectification of the data concerning him (art. 34 of the law “Informatique et Liberté” of January 6, 1978). Check with the operator.

At the time of validation of the order, the buyer declares to accept it as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded is authentic and constitutes proof of all past transactions.
